At Luca we invite and welcome new clients. 

To enjoy your time at Luca and to ensure we can meet your expectations we ask that you book a complimentary consultation prior to your appointment. 

This enables you to meet and connect with your stylist. Vital for a great hair experience. It also allows us to assess your hair goals and get a clear understanding of how we can help you.

During the consultation, you will be asked questions regarding the history of your hair and what you would like us to help you achieve. Let us know what you would love and equally what you do not want.  Bringing in pictures is helpful and will act as a guide for your stylist. This is also a good time to ask for a quote on your service. We also have our pricing on our website, please read this also as a guideline. 

For all new colour clients, we also require a patch test done prior to your appointment. This will allow time for any allergy response to show up before committing to a full colour service and can be done easily at your consultation. 

The best hair results are achieved with clear honest communication, understanding what can be achieved in your first visit and connecting with your stylist.
